Divorce/Separation Anxiety, Fighting, Not Listening

When our family life is tense, stressed, or conflicted, it affects our whole life. As a Family Counselor, I am trained to help families achieve harmony, balance, and resolution. I have a proven history of helping two-parent, single-parent, blended, divorced, single-grandparent and step-parent families.  I can act as a mediator for parents & teachers – and have over 20 years experience as an educator.  Certain events can shake our lives, our families, such as:

Teens having low self esteem?

  • Appearance (self image) – Overweight, poor body image, acne, want plastic surgery
  • Peers – bulling or peer pressure
  • Parents – feeling criticized, never good enough, even unloved
  • Unrealistic expectations – low self esteem, not “living up” to one’s expectations

Family Counseling can help
