When our family life is tense, stressed, or conflicted, it affects our whole life. As a Family Counselor, I am trained to help families achieve harmony, balance, and resolution. I have a proven history of helping two-parent, single-parent, blended, divorced, single-grandparent and step-parent families. I can act as a mediator for parents & teachers – and have over 20 years experience as an educator. Certain events can shake our lives, our families, such as:
Teens having low self esteem?

Divorce can be stressful, sad, and confusing for everyone – but for kids it creates an unacceptable level of uncertainty.
They question what life will be like? Will they be abandoned? Are we going to have to move? What will my friends say?
Often kids become angry at the prospect of mom and dad splitting up for good. Divorce isn’t easy, but as a parent you can make the process less painful for your children with the right therapist.
